History

Early 1990s

Early 1990s
We start designing a software solution on behalf of CCFS-Consorzio Cooperativo Finanziario per lo Sviluppo, Legacoop’s regional Cooperative consortium. From here the first application already capable of sharing internal data between company departments is born.

2001

2001
Franco Ferioli Alessio and Valter Basellini found Alpinet, a software factory that acquires its first national and international customers such as ACI, Perfetti, and ABC Farmaceutici, as well as important banking groups such as Banca Commercio e Industria, San Paolo IMI and Banca Popolare dell’Emilia-Romagna. We serve as their partners, both for software and for consulting services.

2008

2008
We change our name to FB Italia. By working closely with the home banking experts from major banking institutions, we consolidate our expertise. From there we create a comprehensive and scalable platform: these are the origins of the BICTA system (Bank and Corporate Integration for Treasury and Audit).

2014

2014
We become Wiki Software and officially make the BICTA platform available to the market.

2018

2018
By formalising the skills acquired in the field of international transactions, we become Wiki Software International, decisively focusing our offering on CFOs, Administrative Directors and Treasurers of medium and large companies and, more generally, to all those that need to “reconcile” different forms of collection and payment in treasury management.
